Orders & Shipping
1. How long does it take for my order to ship?
Our standard dispatch time is 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
For AOP (All Over Print) products, dispatch may take 4–5 business days.
2. What are the delivery timelines?
Air Shipping: Usually delivered within 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Surface Shipping: Usually delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery time may vary depending on your zone, courier service, traffic, weather, and local holidays.
3. Can I track my order ?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within India.
5. What happens if my order arrives late ?
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, logistics, or holidays). If your order is delayed beyond the usual time frame, contact us at wearshunya@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you.
6. What if my package is damaged or tampered with ?
If your parcel appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
If already accepted, send us photos/videos of the sealed package and unboxing within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for correctly delivered or undamaged items.
2. What is the return/exchange window ?
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery for any return or exchange request.
3. How do I request a return or exchange?
Email us at wearshunya@gmail.com with:
- Your order number (use subject: “Order Number Returns”)
- Photos/videos showing the issue
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with instructions.
4. Can I exchange a product for a different size ?
Yes, size exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis.

Kindly note that additional costs may apply for size exchanges.
5. Are sale items or promotional products returnable?
No. All items purchased during sales or promotional offers are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
6. Who pays for the return shipping ?
We offer reverse pickup service on most pin codes.
If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, you’ll need to self-ship the product. Keep your courier receipt until the return is confirmed.
7. When will I receive my replacement or refund ?
- Replacements: Dispatched within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Refunds: Initiated within 1–3 business days post-approval.
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3–12 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. What if I cancel or refuse delivery ?
If an order is refused, not accepted, returned to origin, or cancelled after dispatch, the 10% advance payment (Partial COD) will be forfeited and non- refundable.
